He is a Founding Partner of SGB.

Contact person for the Merger&Acquisition and Extraordinary Transactions area. President of SGB Innovation, a company specializing in advising innovative start-ups and SMEs.

He mainly deals with administrative, tax and corporate consulting of entities and companies and assisting companies in extraordinary transactions, with particular reference to Merger&Acquisition (M&A) transactions

He holds positions as chairman and member of boards of auditors in medium-sized and large industrial and commercial companies.

He is the author of publications on auditing and board of auditors.

He speaks and writes fluently in English.

Former President of the Order of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili) in Reggio Emilia, Superintendent of the Scuola di Alta Formazione in  Emilia Romagna and former President of UGDCEC Association of Junior Certified Accountants and Accounting Experts (Unione Giovani Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili) in Reggio Emilia; he also held office as a member of UNGDCEC National Association of Junior Certified Accountants and Accounting Experts (Giunta Nazionale dell’Unione Nazionale Giovani Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili) with Authority to deal with “Auditing and Auditor Board” matters, and he was a Member of the Board of UNGDCEC Research Foundation.
