At the firm, Mr. Guarnieri is mainly responsible for administrative, legal, and corporate counselling to companies and cooperatives, as well as assistance throughout extraordinary operations.

He is the Head of the Firm’s Departments of Financial Statements and Reports, and Tax Counselling, and particularly VAT taxation of export transactions.

He is the Chairman and a member of the Board of Auditors, director and liquidator of several industries and medium-sized trading companies. He also holds office at the Court for bankruptcy procedures.

In the past, he was the Chair of UGDCEC Association of Junior Certified Accountants and Accounting Experts (Unione Giovani Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili) in Reggio Emilia. Today he is a member of a Research Committee for Innovative Start-ups at the Board of Certified Accountants and Accounting Experts in Reggio Emilia.

He is SBG Sr. Partner and Founder of the Tax & Advisory Department.
