Class 1984, born in Castelnovo ne Monti (RE) on August 22.

Master Degree in Business Administration and Management at University of Parma in 2009,

CPA from 2015, statutory auditor, associated partner of SGB and representative of the Audit Reporting Assurance Area.

He is mainly responsible for management consulting, reporting and supporting in extraordinary corporate transactions.

He attended the advanced training for CPAs and major in “Business Administration and Control” with the course “Management Control – Business Programming, Controlling, Finance and Governance techniques”.

He currently holds positions such as statutory auditor, Board of Statutory Auditor member or advisor for industrial and trading companies, project financing and medium and large real estates.

He is President of the Young CPAs Committee of Reggio Emilia.
